Some people live their lives wondering about heaven. Addie Virginia Hubbard Mills spent her life looking forward to going. On June 12, 2026, Addie Mills stepped into her forever home and straight into the arms of Jesus. She was a woman of deep faith who loved the Lord, and she never missed a chance to share her testimony and be the light of Jesus with those around her. She leaves behind a legacy of love, faith, and the kind of quiet, steady grace that defined her life. She faithfully traveled alongside her husband supporting and leading tent revivals bringing others to Christ. She was known as “Momma” & “Nannie” to many. While her love for the Lord was the foundation of her life, she was the foundation of our entire family, the anchor that held us all together, and the person who took the greatest pride in her family. She was a devoted mother who cherished her children and took great joy in watching them grow in faith and throughout life. She prayed for them faithfully, encouraged them often, and loved them unconditionally. She instilled in them values of faith, kindness, and perseverance that will continue for generations to come. 

Addie was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Andrew “Gene” Mills, her faithful son, Andrew “Andy” Mills, and her beloved grandchildren: Victoria, Conner, and Silver Mills. 

Addie is survived by her children Donna Coe (Frankie), Kenny Mills (Theresa), Tonya Shelton, Butch Shelton, and Ranee Mills. Also left to cherish her memory are her beloved grandchildren: Billy (Jennifer), Angela (William), Michael (Anna), Steven (Aislinn), Karrie (Daniel), Kelly, Brian (Amber), Bear (Heather), Johnathon (Amanda), Devon, Allen Michael (Courtney), Brandon (Destiny), Savannah (Trevor), Daniel (Katlyn), Melissa (Joseph); Kyle, Kody(Bella), and Kanyon; her great-grandchildren Braxton, Kenslee, Kadence, Brittany, Chloe, Taylor, Trapper, Gunner, Huntor, Kalum, Kalya, Preston, Jaxson(Serenity), Easton, Addie, Chloe, Gracie, Circe, Marley, Ellie Mae, Sawyer, Jacob, Seth, Jayden, Caleb, Ayden, Addalyn, Andrea, Phillip, Scarlett, Wrenleigh, Westlynn, Star’Ann, Annalise, Waylon, Daniel Jr., Annalyn Grace, Kaylee, Ember; and her great-great grandchildren Nala, Ni’Marrie, Iris, and Lincoln.
