Adetric R. Harris was born on December 5, 1978, to Roy M. Green and the late Gloria Harris. Adetric entered eternal rest on June 3, 2025, and was preceded in death by his sister, Shante Harris.

Adetric received his education through Richmond City Public Schools and was a proud graduate of George Wythe High School. Later in life, he accepted Christ as his personal Savior.

Known for his kind heart and enduring spirit, Adetric was a young man who loved his family and caregivers, always holding them close to his heart.

A devoted fan of the Washington Commanders, he cheered for his team with unwavering passion and loyalty. Despite the challenges he faced throughout his life, Adetric remained positive and upbeat, facing each day with strength, humor, and resilience. His bright and pleasant smile could light up any room, leaving lasting joy with those around him.

He leaves to cherish his memory his father, Roy M. Green; loving brother, Adero Harris; three nephews, Adero Ellison, John Dean, and Aden Walker; grandmother, Vernell Baker; eight uncles; six aunts; two great-aunts; and a host of other relatives and friends who will miss him dearly.

Adetric's life was a testament to love, endurance, and joy. He will be remembered for the strength of his spirit, his affectionate nature, and the happiness he brought into the lives of so many. Though he may be gone from our sight, Adetric's radiant smile, resilient heart, and unwavering love will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved him.
