Amelia Hunter (Meme) was born March 1, 1968 in Caroline County, Virginia. She was preceded in death by her father and mother Harding and Ella Hunter, one sister Abby Hunter.

Meme went to receive her heavenly crown suddenly on March 17, 2021.

She is survived by her three daughters Diandra, Yolanda, Shalando Hunter; a devoted friend Bernard Sampson; six grandchildren that she loved dearly Theandra, Theandre, Teandra, Keandra Abernaqthy, Camron Fulgham, Kingston Wilson; one devoted brother Ivory Hunter (Faye), four devoted sisters Gloria Hunter-Foster (Matthew), Sieglinde Hunter, Stacy Hunter, and Deborah Morris; seven aunts Mary Authur Goodall, Mary Hunter-Johnson (Melvin), Myrl Green, Cora Green, Gloria Washington (Authur), Martha Walker, Lorene Tillman (Moses); three great aunts Mary Ann Smithers, Vernell Baker, and Eloise Green; a host of devoted nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends two most devoted Archie Smith and Stacy Walker.
