Obituary

Angela Costello Fox-Moore was born July 17, 1964 to the union of the late Laverne Henry Fox and Phillip Fox.  She entered eternal rest on Friday, July 3, 2020.  She was preceded in death by her mother Laverne Henry Fox, her maternal grandmother, Judy Shelton Winston and paternal grandfather Deacon Phillip Fox, Sr.  She was educated in the Hanover County Public School System, graduated from Lee-Davis High School, class of 1982; received an Associates Degree in Business from J. S. Reynolds.

Angie realized when she was a young woman that she needed a Savior, expressing this need, she confessed her sins, was baptized and became a member of the Providence Baptist Church, Ashland and later joined the Greater Nazarene Baptist Church.  Under the leadership of Pastor Lorenzo Nicholson, Sr., she joined the Life-Line for Jesus Community Church where she served diligently and tirelessly.  Angie served in the establishing of this ministry; served faithfully in the financial ministry; Pastor's Care ministry; as a Trustee and with the Hospitality ministry.  She was faithful in attendance and support even while traveling from Stafford, Virginia each Sunday to do so!

Angie was employed by Life of Virginia GE/Genworth for over 30 years and that led to her current employment at EXL Services.  She was a dedicated worker and loved what she did.  She was knowledgeable in Tax preparation and blessed many by helping them in this area.  She was also licensed in Securities.

Angie had many hobbies: volleyball, bowling, watching NFL games, as well as, supporting and cheering for all of the young athletes she knew and loved on any given game day!  She could be found on the field or court cheering them on.  Growing up on the track with her father and brother, she loved attending "Drag Races"; until her health would not allow.  She always supported her nephew Fred while he raced his motorcycles: "Faith" and "Hope".  Not long ago, she decided she would be there in person to pray him through and was so proud!

On December 31, 2003, Angela married Deacon Gavin Moore and made their home in Stafford, Virginia.  She was a loving, caring and devoted wife who loved to care for her husband and home...and that included dressing both of them!  She also loved couponing and shopping.  Angie was a social butterfly and loved entertaining family and friends where she would "WOW" them with her "Buffalo Chicken Dip" and "chocolate cake"!

She also loved her siblings and wanted the best for them which led people to think she was the oldest when in reality she was the youngest!  If you knew her you knew she said what she meant and meant exactly what she said!  Right or Wrong!!!

Angie loved to travel and hang out with her sister "Dee Dee" and her "girls": Shawn, Betty, Leslie, Sylvia and many more like Stacy, Valerie, Angela. They could often be found hanging out, traveling, shopping, dining, or somewhere making each other laugh!!

She also participated in Breast Cancer Projects: Walk and Gala.

She leaves to cherish her memories: her devoted husband Deacon Gavin Moore; her parents Phillip and Patricia Fox; two sisters Cynthia "Dee Dee" (Joseph) and Tammy Neagle; one brother Antonio "Tony" L. Fox; two god sisters, Marlo Robinson and Ebony Weatherless; grandmother Deaconess Margaret Fox; two sisters-in-law, Andrea Moore and Rachelle Gladen of St. Louis, Missouri; five nieces, Ebony Brady, Amanda Di Fernando, Rolanda Gladen, Kendal Gladen, and Jennifer Moore; five nephews Floyd and Frederick Reid (Eletha), Tim Jeter, Antonio Fox (TJ)(Stacy) and Joseph Neagle; three great-nieces, Kaitlyn Brady, Riley Reid, and Monica Reid; four great-nephews, Jacobi, Jaylen Jeter, Logan Fox and Phillip Fox; a host of aunts including, two devoted Minister Linda Brown and Liz Thompson; and a host of uncles, cousins, and friends.
