Anthony K. Goode, 51 departed this life Sunday, May 17, 2020 in Henrico County, Va.  He became a Christian at an early age and joined Mt Vernon Baptist Church in Henrico County, Va.

Anthony was a graduate of Hermitage High School and attended Norfolk State University.  He excelled in all sports and was a super sports fan and participated in them all throughout his life. He was a champion winning Coach in the community and at the JV level. He was always making plans for fishing or hunting with his prized dogs and loved planning family and friends get-togethers.

Anthony was devoted and loved his job and the Staff and residents of St Mary's Wood. He was loved and admired by all who came in contact with him and will be greatly missed.

Anthony loved and cherished the bond he had with his friends and family.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Victoria Goode and parents, Rosa Goode and Alfred Jackson. Anthony is survived by a sister, Victoria Gwen Parrish; brother Kevin Goode; niece Shreeta Parrish; nephew, Michael Parrish; great nieces and nephews, a long list of first cousins, aunts and uncles as well as an endless list of special friends, classmates, and extended family in the community he loved (Henrico and surrounding counties).
