Arnold Marquis Weathers was born on May 8, 1961, in Philadelphia, PA to the late John Henry & Mabel Weathers. Arnold Marquis was educated in the Philadelphia school system.

He received his certification in culinary arts. He had many jobs working as a chef. Everyone loved his cooking. You could taste the love in his food. He was in the process of opening his own BBQ stand.

He was a huge sports fan. He not only liked to watch sports, but he loved playing sports. He had a jump shot that would easily get him first pick in any basketball game on any court. His nickname was Wax which still echoes on the court.

Arnold Marquis was a very kind person. He would help anyone. He was well loved. No matter what obstacles he faced in life, he would refer back to his family for comfort. He knew that through the support of his family and his faith in God, he could conquer anything.

Everyone knew Marquis loved to get dressed & was never caught without a haircut. He could make tee shirt and sweatpants look dressy. His favorite sneakers were Jack Purcell (Pro-Keds). Arnold Marquis always sent inspirational texts: "Never regret a day in our life. Good days give you happiness, bad days you experience, worst days give you lessons, and best days give you memories." Arnold Marquis was an honorable man who leaves to cherish his legacy his one & only son Terrell Price (girlfriend Katina); four sisters Victoria, Joyce, Theresa, and Cathy; brother-in-law Wayne; nieces Taleah, and Christina; nephew Manny; grandchildren Ketiyah, Christian, Shamera; great grandchildren Kahleef, Mariah, and Kavion; great nieces, great nephews, and many friends.
