Calvin Edgar Smith, Jr., 38, of Manquin, Virginia entered into eternal rest at Memorial Regional Medical Center on Saturday, October 2, 2021.  Preceded in death by his father Calvin (Jim) Edgar Smith, Sr., he is survived by his mother Burnette Thornton Smith; grandmother, Shirley Spurlock; godmother, Sandra Saunders; godbrother, Rudolph Branch; godsister, D. Saunders; longtime devoted friend, Ashley Taylor; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
