Charles Tunstall was born on Aug. 22nd 1945 in Hanover County VA. He was the son of Charles and Lillian Tunstall who preceded him in death. Charles was also preceded in death by three brothers, Howard, George and Allen Tunstall - And one sister Edmonia Tunstall also preceded him in death.

Charles served his country in the armed forced, trained in Fort Benning GA; and later active duty in the Vietnam War. He was a specialist with the "M-14" Riffle Badge Arrange.

Charles was married to Anne Marie Tunstall in 1966. From this unison they were blessed with two children: Shawn Fletcher Tunstall and Trudy Mixon. He is surrounded also by six grandchildren Travis Jayson, Shawn Tyler, Shane, Imini, and Gabriel. He also is surrounded by one sister, Mabel Anne Cousins"Clarence", one brother, James Edward Tunstall, Martha. One Aunt Eva Smithers. Nieces Shay, Lisa, Monica and Sherita. Nephews - Ellsworth Howard and Anthony. Mother in Law Laura Johnson, Sisters in Law Laura, Aretha; Doris and Ella. Brothers in law Raymond, Walter, Frankie, Roger and Major. We will all miss them.
