Cheryl L. Nelson, 65, of Richmond, died on March 26, 2015. Her father was Claudie Winston and her mother is Rosa Winston. She is survived by three children, Brian Nelson (Nora) of Glen Allen, Kendra Nelson of Montpelier, and Desiree Nelson of Richmond; seven grandchildren; four siblings, Michael Winston of New York City, Joan Claudette Gaston of Middletown, NY, Roderick Winston of Deltona, FL and Reginald Winston of Montpelier, VA; three sisters-in-law, two aunts, and many devoted family and friends. Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 4, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at Mt. Olivet Baptist Church, 17520 Jefferson Hwy., Montpelier, VA 23192. Interment is private.
