TIME FOR EVERY PURPOSE UNDER THE HEAVENS

as he was affectionately known joined Bethany Baptist
Church at an early age. He attended faithfully until he was no longer able
to. Cook worked as a mechanic for Dubois Buick for many years. Then he
moved
on to Haywood Clark Buick for several years before moving on to
Ryder Trucking Systems where he retired from in 1997. Cook enjoyed
working on cars until his health failed, though in the last month or so he
took
it upon himself to work on mama
'
s
car, since
he d
idn't think his
children were
getting what needed to be done fast enough,
because
he
wanted to put the car in Mt. Olivet's car show. He spent most of his days
on the porch playing his record player, sometimes until
the
wee hours of
the morning.
A TIME TO DIE
Clarence departed this life on Thursday September 9, 2021 at Henrico
Doctors hospital in Henrico, Virginia. He was preceded in death by his
wife Jean L Mallory, son Clarence Mallory Jr., daughter Christine
Woodson, his mother and stepfather P
hillis and Herman Lewis Robin
