Clayton O'Neal
Harris "Laeno"
December 20, 1987 – March 11, 2022
"To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven"…Ecclesiastes 3:1
A Time to be Born
Clayton O'Neal Harris was born December 20, 1987, to Deacon Keith Clayton and Deaconess Velma Diane Anderson Harris. During his life he overcame medical obstacles thru his faith in God.
A Time to Build
Clayton graduated from Caroline High School in June 2006. He prepared his life for what life had to offer. He was employed at Blue Bell Creameries, Amazon, and Door Dash. His work ethics and personality made him to be a respected employee and friend.
A Time to Serve God
Clayton accepted Christ as his personal Savior and was baptized under the leadership of the late James Pierce. He became a member of the First Mt. Calvary Baptist Church where he served on the Usher's Ministry, Youth Choir, and the Hospitality Ministry. During one occasion when Clayton made the punch, it was so sweet that Pastor told him, "Clayton you are going to put everyone in a diabetic coma". During his many testimonies he always thanked God for allowing him to attend church again after some medical issues. He served Calvary faithfully.
A Time to Serve Others
Clayton enjoyed life to the fullest. His passion was beautiful clothes and looking good, which lead him to pursue his modeling career. He was associated with the FTM (Final Touch Modeling Agency) in Jacksonville, North Carolina. He received the FARBE Award for Modeling. He has done modeling shows in North Carolina, New York, Richmond, and surrounding states. He was presently appointed to judge an upcoming modeling show featuring young ladies. Another one of his passions was that he loved to cook, posting the final dinner on Facebook. He was an event planner. He was the founder and organizer of the Cousins Club, where they would meet for food and fun. Organizer of the "BTH" Club (for select members only); you know who you are. He planned Christmas get togethers, movie nights, and preparing holiday gift baskets for the children and others. He was in the process of becoming a Foster Parent to an eight-year-old child.
A Time to Go Home
On Friday morning, March 11, 2022, God dispatched His angels to his residence in Ashland, Virginia to take him to his heavenly home.
