Minister Dale Conrad Waller, 64, was born July 28, 1959, to late Deacon Roy and Rev. Myrtle Waller of Beaverdam VA. He attended Hanover County Public Schools. Dale accepted Christ at an early age and joined the Union Baptist Church of Beaverdam, VA where he served as a Deacon before answering his call to become a Minister.

To know Dale, was to love him. Affectionately known as "DeeBoy" he lived his life to the fullest. He never met a "stranger", he always met new friends. He loved to fish, but most of all he loved the Lord and his family.

Minister Dale Waller was called from labor to reward by the Lord on Sunday, December 24, 2023, at 11:18 pm. He was preceded in death by his parents Deacon Wingfield Roy Waller and Rev Myrtle Waller; sisters, Rev Evelean Holmes, Magdaline Waller; and brother Alonza Waller.

Rejoicing that he is with the Lord, he leaves to cherish his memories, a daughter, Whitney Waller of Richmond, VA. A grandson, Jayden Waller of Richmond, VA. Three brothers; Roy W. Waller Jr (Florine) of Clinton MD, Herman M. Waller (Betty) of Hyattsville MD and Allen L. Waller of Beaverdam. Sisters-in-law; Diane Waller of Oxon Hill MD, Stephanie Waller of Montpelier VA, Phyllis Allen and Marjorie Sykes of Richmond VA. Aunts; Rosetta Johnson of Beaverdam VA, Hearlean Sprow, Kathleen Sprow-Kennedy and Patricia Hill of Washington DC. A host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and devoted friends Ursula Anderson and Gilbert James.
