David Christopher
Hill
September 9, 1977 – March 26, 2020
David Christopher "Chris" Hill, 42 of Henrico, Virginia, was welcomed into this world by David J. and Lorraine A. Hill on September 9, 1977 in Prince George, Virginia. He was embraced by his Heavenly Father on Thursday, March 26, 2020. Chris was a beautiful soul full of love and compassion. He loved God, his wife and children deeply.
An artist and graphic designer, Chris was easily mesmerized by the intricate patterns in a design or the wood finish of a vintage chair. He could remain in a museum for days if you'd let him, lost in the textures, patterns and beauty that is art. Chris was a musician and a true worshipper. He had a passion for music, especially jazz. He enjoyed singing, and although he played the drums, his favorite instrument was the organ. Chris loved traveling, and if his travels included fishing or a beach, then that was even better. With a kind heart, Chris was willing to help anyone, whether it was through words of encouragement or a helping hand. He loved making others laugh. We'll miss his wide smile and infectious laughter. Now that he's gone there's a void, but we will hold fast to our memories of him and assurance that he is truly happy. Heaven cannot compare to an art museum. You had better believe that Chris is smiling widely, entranced by the colors and splendor of heaven and all its glory.
Chris is survived by his loving wife Carla Morris-Hill; his beautiful children, Tristan Marie Hill (16), Ari Noel Hill (13), and David Aiden Christopher Hill (10); his parents Lorraine and David Hill; his brother, Ryan J. Hill and his sister, Ladele J. "Hill" Taylor (Genesis A. Hill. Gavin R.J. Taylor, and Giavanni L. Taylor).
