Deidre Faith Smith was born June 29, 1985, to the late Beatrice and Rev. Calvin Smith. Deidre accepted Christ as her Savior at an early age and joined St. James Baptist Church. She spent her youth as a curious adventurer, often learning through trial. She attended Patrick Henry High School and attended St. Paul's College in Lawrenceville, VA.

Deidre found great joy in pursuing her entrepreneurial endeavors. She spent years developing a photography business before founding Deelux Creations; allowing her to focus her creative talents designing customized apparel and accessories. Most recently she enrolled in Escoffier Culinary School to pursue her passion for cooking.

Deidre spent her life bringing joy and warmth to everyone who knew her. She was a caring daughter, sister, Godmother, cousin and attentive friend. She was all in with you; whether you needed to fight, cry or laugh. Deidre was a character, known for her light-hearted silliness and deep love for family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her loving mother Beatrice Smith. Deidre's presence will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Deidre leaves to cherish her memory her daughter Naomi Faith, father Calvin (Anna), sister Tiffany (Mac Grant), their children Mac III, Jeremiah, Isaiah, Alana and Gavin. Devoted cousins Matthew (Kenina) Smith and their daughter Madison as well as a large circle of extended family and close friends.
