Obituary

Dwanye Edward Fells was born on November 28, 1969 in Richmond, Virginia. On November 1, 2020, Dwanye Fells answered the call of God and entered into eternal rest at home surrounded by his family.

Dwanye was educated in Caroline County public schools. Dwanye had a special place in his heart for sports. He would always watch a sports game; He was a big fan of the Dallas Cowboys, Virginia Tech, and LA Lakers. He enjoyed fishing, telling jokes, cooking and dancing.

Dwanye was employed as a grill cook at Randolph Macon College in Ashland, Virginia. He also worked for Hermitage Steel and Precast.

Dwanye was preceded in death by his mother Daisy Mae Johnson, father Ernest Floyd Morris, brother Claudell Fells and grandparents. Dwanye leaves to cherish his memories and celebrate his life a loving wife, KaToya Fells; a devoted brother Mario Fells; a stepfather Edward Johnson; Five aunts, Zanderine Braxton, Olivia Grimes, Lucy Harris(Otis), Janet Johnson(Reginald), and Jean Morris; Four uncles Herbert Fells, Walter Fells, Wanye Fells(Christine), and Philip Morris; Four nieces Myia, Jabria, Icesese and Claudette Fells; One nephew, Claudell Fells, Jr.; one sister-in-law, Kymico Crawford; and a host cousins and friends, among them Amelia Hunter, Kimberly Hutchins, Sharon Morris, and Aaron Moore.
