Erin Regina Cunningham was born on May 6, 1977, in Richmond, VA, to the late Rev.
Dr. Roland Davis Cunningham, Jr. and Betty Jo Norris Cunningham. She made her
transition to glory on Saturday, September 6, 2025. She was known to be a sweet,
warm, and welcoming individual throughout her lifetime.

Erin grew up in Virginia, where she received her elementary and secondary school
education. She later attended Virginia Commonwealth University School of Fine Art,
where she received a bachelor's degree in documentary filmmaking.

She will be remembered for her generosity, sense of humor, and the joy she found in
life's simple moments. She was the friend you could count on, the listener who made
you feel heard, and the encourager who always believed in others. She loved spending
time with family and friends, sharing meals, laughter, and stories that will be cherished
for years to come.

She was preceded in death by her father, Reverend Dr. Roland D. Cunningham, Jr.;
mother, Mrs. Betty Jo Norris Cunningham; and sister, Cheryl Deidre Cunningham.

To cherish her memory, she leaves behind her brother, Roland Davis Cunningham, III,
as well as aunts, uncles, cousins, and many dear friends whose lives have been
enriched and forever touched by her presence.
