Ethel Florine Harris , 73, of Rockville, Virginia departed from labor to reward on Wednesday, July 17, 2019. Ethel was born on March 27, 1946 to the late Charles Wilford and Mattie Thompson Harris.

Ethel attended Hanover County Public Schools and graduated from John M. Gandy High School in 1964. She retired from Phillip Morris after 30 years of faithful service. She enjoyed going shopping, playing bingo and watching her soap operas and Lifetime. She enjoyed her family, especially her grandchildren and would always find a treat to give them.

Ethel leaves to cherish her memory a son, Gerald Harris; two daughters, Tarsha Harris and Reverend Sonya Harris; grandchildren, Nikki, Jason, Mario, Marcus, Gianna, and Giovani Harris, Donnell Quarles, Cierra and Jayden Jackson, Raina and Krista Myers; "Bonus" grandchildren, Jamari Williams and Alaya King; great grandchildren, Amari, Jevon, Roman, Rajon, Camdyn, Kayden, Lenora and Kyleigh; brothers, Earnest (Margaret) and Hebert Harris; sisters, Queen (Tony) Dixon and Paulette Harris; a host of other relatives and friends, two devoted, Sadie Scott and Jeanette Jones.
