Preston, Frank, 73, of Chesterfield, went home to be with our Heavenly Father on April 18, 2016. He was preceded in death by his parents James and Ruby Preston, brother Sylvester (Susan).  He is survived by his beloved wife, Patricia Ann; one devoted son Leon Ford, 6 grandchildren Tiye, Tajhi, Tyrell, Tyeon, Jessie and Kalah, one sister in law, Adelyn Burroughs, niece and a host of cousins and friends.
