Glendora Stevens
Rollins
September 21, 1963 – February 20, 2026
A Time to Be Born
Glendora Aurelia Stevens Rollins was born on September 21, 1963, to Watt and Aurelis Deloris Stevens in Richmond, Virginia. She overcame medical obstacles thru her faith in God.
A Time to Build
Glendora graduated from Caroline High School in June 1981. She prepared her life for what life had to offer. She was once employed by Best Products and Time Life. She was employed by Amerisource Bergen until her health declined. Her work ethics and personality made her a respected employee and friend.
A Time to Serve God
Glendora accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized, becoming a member of the Second Mt. Zion Baptist Church, where she attended bible study faithfully and served on the Missionary Ministry.
A Time to Serve Others
Glendora enjoyed life to the fullest. One of her passions was her family, whom she loved dearly. She also had a passion for beautiful clothes and looking good, which led her to many shopping trips, taking advantage of every Black Friday Sale. She was an excellent caregiver for many (both old and the young) in this community. She opened her house to care for school-age children, allowing their parents to work, knowing that their children were loved. Her family meant the world to her. She loved spending time with them laughing around the table. There was nothing that she would not do for them, especially her grandkids. She was an avid Dallas Cowboy fan. When they lost, she got lost! She loved talking and texting on her phone. She would talk to Trell 50 times a day. She would visit her parent's home daily and constantly spoke to loved ones on the phone. Glendora was united in Holy Matrimony to Travis Rollins on February 24, 2012. Her beautiful life brought love and respect to her family and her many friends. If she could speak to us, she would say, "I love you all. Sister (Aunt – Mildred Dyer) thank you for always being by my side."
A Time to Go Home
On Friday morning, February 20, 2026, God dispatched His Angels and she "rang her bell" for her journey to her heavenly home. Praise God!
