Grace Pleasant James departed this life Wednesday, April 24, 2019.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Spurgeon James, Sr. and a son, Welford L. Pleasant.  Surviving are two children, Lonell J. McDonald and Spurgeon R. James, Jr.; two grandchildren, Kimberly and Michael James; a devoted friend and caregiver, Toni Roach, and other relatives and friends.
