Henry Calvin Jackson was born on January 21, 1951 in Hanover County, Virginia. He was born to the late James Jackson and Amanda Houchens. He died in his home on June 11, 2018. He is preceded in death by his son Cedric Jackson, daughter Henrietta Jackson Madison and five siblings, baby William, Horace and Lois Ann Jackson and Bernard "Beaver" and Leonard "Tom" Houchens.

Henry, better known as Meatball or Meatboy was loved by many. He was a kind man who would do what he could for others. Even though he was retired, he enjoyed helping others with handyman type projects. His first love though, was driving trucks. He loved backing them into small spaces and proving that he could do it. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. His children and grandchildren meant a lot to him. He will be missed by many.

He leaves behind to cherish his memories, one son, Farris Jackson (LaVonne); two daughters, Vicki Jackson Cate and Lisa Morris (Derrick); eight siblings, Berkeley "Bunn", Maude (Harold), Amanda "Patty", James "Nick" (Isadore), Marian, Barbara "Gee Gee" (Alvin), Lawrence "Till" and Myrtle "Boe Cat"; 16 Grandchildren; 6 Great Grandchildren and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and devoted friends.
