He graduated from Maggie L. He gave 45 years of service to Shoney's Family Restaurant.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Tarqueenia (Queenie) Rooks and then his wife, Pearlene Rooks; brothers, Charles Rooks and nephew, Kevin A. Morgan.

He leaves to cherish his memory, four sons, James T. O. James will be missed by the many people who he came in contact with.  We thank God for the memories he left behind.  Well done soldier, may you find peace, "The Last Dragon".

God knew the road was getting rough

And the hills were hard to climb;

So He closed his weary eyelids

And whispered "PEACE BE THINE"
