John R. Washington, Jr., 72, formerly of Glen Allen, Virginia departed this life Thursday, July 22, 2021, in Augusta, GA.

John was preceded in death by his wife Ida L. Washington; two brothers Larry A. Washington and Eugene M. Washington.

John Jr. graduated from King William High School in King William, Virginia. He went on to become one of the top salesmen at Industrial Supply Company retiring after 30 years. He later opened up his own transport business, JLC LLC. He loved to fish and hunt during his spare time.
