Katherine D. Woodson departed this life April 11, 2023.  She was born June 6, 1951. VA. She was educated in Henrico County Public Schools.

She was baptized at an early age and joined Faith Holiness Church.

She was preceded in death her father, James Woodson, son, Matthew Waddy, sisters, Claudine Woodson, Rebecca Brown, Marie Woodson and brother Ronald Woodson.

She leaves to cherish her loving memory, former spouse, Robert M. Waddy; children, Otto Brown (Jaunice), Tracey Waddy and Robert Waddy; mother, Marie Woodson; sisters, Mary Myers, Claudnette Brown, Paulette and Barbara Woodson; brothers, James, Leroy, Charles and Ralph Woodson; grandchildren, Kayla Waddy, Simeon Stephens, Alexi Waddy, Ty'Nesha Waddy, Matthew Wyatt, Monica Wyatt, Jaunitra Watkins,Otto Brown, Ottorea Brown, Jauniya Brown; great grandchildren, Aalia Watkins, Trinity Brown, O'Siah Brown, O'Mari Brown, Erinn Wyatt, Kylie Wyatt, Donell Wyatt, Sherman Wyatt, Jymire Wyatt, Dymirous Wyatt, Ty'Leiah and Ty'Ayzjiah Richards  and a host of other relatives and friends.
