Larry Travis Braxton, affectionately called LT, went to be with the Lord on May 4, 2026, at Bon Secours Memorial Regional Hospital at 1:58 p.m.
Born December 14, 1982, to Cheryl Hall Capehart and Edward W Braxton Jr., LT attended and graduated from Atlee High School, class of 2001. He accepted the Lord as his Savior at an early age. LT enjoyed fishing, football, and gaming. He also loved to paint and enjoyed listening to music. A devoted and doting father, his children were the apple of his eye, and he enjoyed spending time with them.
LT worked at Wegman's Distribution for 3 years where he was a forklift driver. He previously worked for Bobby Taylor at Taylor Flooring for many years. He leaves many coworkers and friends to mourn his death.
He was preceded in death by a host of beloved relatives including his maternal grandparents, Arthur C. Hall and Virginia A. Hall and his paternal grandparents Edward Braxton Sr. and Lyndall D. Braxton; his aunt Cynthia Hall and uncle Larry C. Hall; and his cousins Derrik Hall, Antwan Hall, and Karlton Davis.
LT leaves to cherish his memories, his parents Cheryl (David) and Edward (Joyce); his children, Tashia Reneé and King Edward Braxton, and two bonus children Jayla (Riyah Rashea) and Carla Mills. He also leaves a sister Wakita Pollard (Donté) and three bonus siblings, James H Wilburn II (April), Corey G Wilburn, and Courtney J Wilburn (Kate). LT is also survived by his devoted aunts, Lynette Davis and Carolyn Alston (Gary), uncle Robert Braxton (Lucy) and his cousins Gabriel Braxton, Arshylle and Taronica Kenny. LT leaves to treasure his memory, his devoted fiancé, Shawn Tucker, and many other dear relatives and friends.
To all who knew LT, when he departed from your presence, it was always a hug and a "I love you."
