Mcphearson "Duck"
April 3, 1956 – January 7, 2020
Marion Elizabeth McPhearson quietly entered the arms of her Savior on Tuesday, January 7, 2020. Marion, lovingly known as "Duck" was born April 3, 1956 to the late Ernestine "Hattie" Wilkerson. She was preceded in death by her mother, her husband, Fred McPhearson, sister, Marie "Teenie" Wilkerson and brother, Charles Wilkerson.
"Duck was employed at Best Products in Ashland for several years until their closing after which she became a private caregiver.
Marion was joined in marriage to Fred McPhearson in 1979 and from that union two sons were born, Freeman and Cory.
"Duck" enjoyed playing cards, listening to music, and she loved to dance. She mostly enjoyed watching her grandchildren play sports. She talked on the phone daily to family and friends and she loved watching Walker Texas Ranger and Gunsmoke on television. Those who knew her knew that she loved her family, she loved to laugh and most of all enjoy life.
