Obituary

Odell Cleven Mines Jr. aka 'OJ', 40, departed this life suddenly on Wednesday December 28, 2022 at VCU Medical Center.

He was born August 14, 1982, the youngest sibling of three and only son born to the late Odell Mines Sr. and Bessie Mines.
OJ leaves to cherish his memory 2 sons, LaQuell and Malichi Mines and twin daughters, Makenzie and Makayla Mines, 2 sisters Sandy Mock and Tyra Buckner (Andre Sr.); one devoted niece, Kavantia; four loving nephews,  Kenneth Jr., Kahlil, Davion, and Andre Jr.; seven aunts, Dorothy Fountain, Catherine Mills, Carolyn Mills, Laura Mines, Janet Waller, Marjorie Sykes, and Phyllis Allen; one great-uncle, Dea. Spencer Curtis Sr., and a host of loving cousins and friends devoted, Gabrielle Reeders, Valarie Bey, Thaddeus (Teddy) King and Essence Ray.
