Ramon "Manzy" Garcia Randall, Sr. passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 26, 2025, at his home in Ruther Glen, VA. Manzy dedicated a life of service to his family, the military and his community. He was a dedicated husband to his wife Marticia for 27 years and a devoted father to sons, Demetrious, Ramon Jr. (Scooter), and Franklin (Frankie).

He is survived by his loving wife Marticia, his children Demetrious, Ramon Jr. (Amanda), Franklin (DeShena), 10 beloved grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He also leaves behind three brothers, Leanear (Collette), Kermit (Sandra), Herman (Peggy), one sister, Cynthia, one uncle, Walter, and a host of nieces and nephews to cherish his memories.
