Raymond was preceded in death by his three brothers, Jerome, Lou Melvin, Jr., and Ceasar McKinley Baylor; two sisters, Cecilia Messiah and Loretta Roane.  He leave to cherish loving memories a beautiful wife of more than fifty years, Mrs. Bessie Wills Baylor; one daughter, Kathy B.
