Rosa Anna Randall of Caroline County, Virginia passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Friday, November 17, 2017. Rosa was preceded in death by her parents, Beatrice J. West and Wesley Smith as well as her loving husband, Herman McGuire Randall, Sr.

She is survived by her sister, Betty Martin (Walter Martin), two brothers, Chester West and Jessie West, brother-in-law, Garfield Burton, sister-in-law, Edna Randall and her five children; Leanear B. Randall (Collette Randall), Kermit T. Randall (Sandra Randall), Herman M. Randall, Jr. (Peggy Randall), Cynthia A. Martin and Ramon G. Randall (Marticia Randall).

Rosa leaves twelve grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild and lifelong family friend, Mr. John Brooks to cherish her memories.

Friends and family may unite to celebrate Rosa's life at Oxford Mount Zion Baptist Church at 25215 Zion Road, Ruther Glen, VA 22546 on Monday, November 27, 2017 at 10 am. Interment will follow at Quantico National Cemetery at 2 p.m.
