It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Samuel J. Baylor, Sr.  Son, Brother, Husband, Dad, Uncle Sammy and Pop-Pop.  Sam, Sr. was a beloved man by all of us.  Sam peacefully departed from this world on August 7, 2025 with family at his side.

Sam was a sincere and humble man who loved God, his church, and his family.  Sam enjoyed playing baseball in his early days and watching sports of all kinds.  He was an avid Commanders Football, Lakers, and Dodgers fan.  Sam was always more concerned for others than himself and would end every visit by saying "Take Care of Yourself".  Although a very quiet man, his actions spoke volumes.
