Thomas Samuel Nicholas affectionately known as "Tommy" and "Tommy Nick" or "Nick" entered into eternal rest on December 16, 2022, at the Ashland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Ashland Virginia.  He was born in Hanover County, Virginia on November 2, 1957, to Bertha H. Nicholas and the late Clarence E. Nicholas, Sr.

He leaves to cherish his memory, wife, Virginia Mae Nicholas, mother, Bertha H. Nicholas, 2 brothers, Dwight Nicholas (Teresa), David Nicholas (Sandra), 4 sisters, Helen Derricott,  Frances Kenney, Eloise Miller, Lavinia Morris (Pendleton) and Virginia Woodson, 4 aunts, Vivian Taylor, Shelia Anderson, F. Faye Nicholas, and Patty Nicholas (John, Sr.), and 1 uncle David Winston, mother-n-law, Mary Lee Wyatt, brothers-n-laws, John Wyatt (Mary), Roy Wyatt, and James Wyatt.  Sisters-N-Laws, Mary Wyatt and Cathy Morris (Steve), a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends along with 10 grandchildren.  Two devoted caregivers Acie Wyatt and Tony Green.
