Thomas Nathaniel Woodson passed away on August 11, 2016, at the age of 64, after a short battle with cancer. His final days were spent surrounded by family and friends. Thomas was born on August 29, 1951, at St. Phillip Hospital. He attended Henrico County Public Schools. Thomas joined the Army at an early age. He was employed by Dotties Food Services, Henrico County Public Utilities, Rick's Moving and Storage, and Woodson & Woodson and Sons Moving Company. He was preceded in death by his son Randy Lee Woodson, His Parents Daniel Nathaniel Jackson and Jesse Lewis, His step-father Clinton Lewis Sr., two brothers Maverick Lewis and Floyd Lewis, a sister Alease J. Dyer, and a sister-in-law Catherine T. Anderson. He leaves to mourn his loving and devoted wife Myra L. Woodson, Seven children Calvin Woodson (Sheresa), Charmaine Woodson, Ebony Thomas, Darlene Younger, Renee Thomas, Kevin Coleman, and Charles Coleman, Twelve grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, five sisters Janice Lewis of Bumpass, VA, Sylvia Lewis of Glen Allen, VA, Priscilla Norville of Richmond, VA, Gloria Johnson of Henrico County, VA, Dorothy Walker of Richmond, VA, five brothers Clinton Lewis Jr, of Bumpass, VA, Jerry Lewis, Timothy Lewis (Delbroah) both of Birmingham, Al, Peter Smith Jr. of Richmond, VA, Douglas Smith of Henrico County, VA, mother of three of his children Addie M. Woodson, mother of one of his children Esther Thomas, Eleven uncles, fifteen aunts, five brother-in-laws, six sister-in-laws, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends including best friends James "Sonny" Lewis and Forest Lewis, devoted friends Frances E. Waddy, Randy and Vickie Rollins.
