Tracy Moody Baylor of Ruther Glen, VA was born on September 26, 1962 to Hattie C. Smith and the late Clifford L. Baylor, Sr. He departed this life on September 3, 2016. He attended Hanover and Caroline County Public Schools. He was a member of Second Mt. Zion Baptist Church. He was employed by Mygrant Glass Company. On July 16, 2005 he was joined in holy matrimony to Masonda Goodall.

He leaves to cherish his memories a devoted and loving wife Masonda, four children Tracy, Wykenna, Travon, and Trasonda, parents Hattie and Leon Smith, foster mother Rosie Stevens, grandson Corey Shelton Jr, sister Beverly Baylor (Harvey), brother Jeffery Smith (Pam), foster sister Adriana Lambert, devoted mother-in-law Beatrice Bragg (Douglas), father-in-law Albert Goodall, Sr. (Barbara), 2 two aunts Jane Anderson and Jeanette B. Fells, three uncles Edmond Baylor, Charlie Ross (Viola), and Samuel Tillman, Grandmother-in-law Iola Fells, two sisters-in-law Antoinette Goodall (Jeffery), and Alvita Goodall, three brothers-in-law Calvin (Vineta, Albert Goodall (Shermel), and Arvel Goodall, three aunts-in-law Eva Baylor, Sarah Johnson (Ben) and Eloise Romaine, a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends including devoted friends George Loudon, Wayne Hill, Quinton Johnson, Mervin Goodall, Eugene Harris, Quincy Morris, and Marrion Morris.
