Troy Branford Wells, son the late Andrew Wells, Jr. and Ellen Geraldine Winston Wells was born on May 24, 1970. Whereas God in His infinite wisdom has seen fit to pluck from the flower garden of life a choice blossom we bow in humble submission to the will of Him who is too wise to err and too good to be unkind. Troy quietly fell to sleep at the Memorial Regional Hospital on Thursday, March 4, 2021.

Troy began his educational career in private school at the Hatcher Child Development Center in Henrico County. Upon graduation he joined the Franklin Military Academy and then onto Patrick Henry High School. Troy accepted Christ and was baptized at Shiloh Baptist Church in Ashland, VA.

Troy was preceded in death by his grandparents Andrew, Sr. and Reba Wells, William and Carrie Winston, and one uncle Jaison Goodall.

Troy leaves to cherish his memories three sisters devoted motherly figure, friend and caretaker Saundra Jordan (John Sr.), Gwendolyn Marrow (Eugene) and Nardra "Cookie" Goodall; two nephews Jay Johnson (best friend) and Jonathan Marrow; one aunt Anna McLean Shelton and a host of relatives and friends.
